Objective of the Scheme

The "Pragnyavant Student Scheme" is being implemented by the Matrubhasha Vikas Sanstha for the academic year 2025–26 with the aim of nurturing the hidden talents of students studying in classes 4th and 7th, increasing their competitive spirit, and providing financial and mental encouragement for their future higher education.

Scheme Duration

This scheme will be applicable only to students enrolled in classes 4th and 7th during the academic year 2025–26 (June 2025 to April 2026).

Eligibility Criteria
  • The student must be studying in class 4th or 7th in a recognized primary or secondary school during the academic year 2025–26.
  • The student must have appeared for the 'Pragnyavant Shodh Pariksha' (Pragnyavant Scholarship Exam) organized by the organization.
  • To benefit from this scheme, the student must score at least 60% marks.

Nature of Award
  • Selected meritorious students will be provided an amount of ₹5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) as an educational incentive allowance for future academic preparation.
  • This amount will be given in the name of the student or a joint account of the parents for the purpose of educational materials (books, uniforms, tabs, or competitive exam guidance).

Application Process
  • Interested students should fill the application form online through the school or individually.
  • While filling the application, it will be mandatory to upload the previous year's (class 3rd or 6th) mark sheet and the current year's school identity card (ID Card) or Bonafide Certificate.
  • An examination and application fee of ₹300/- (Rupees Three Hundred only) must be deposited online along with the application form.
  • Keep the online receipt received after paying the fee safe.

Application Acceptance Period
  • Online application forms will be accepted from ____ to ____.
  • Applications received after the stipulated time will not be considered under any circumstances.

Selection Process
  • A special 'Pragnyavant Shodh Pariksha' will be conducted based on the applications received.
  • A merit list will be prepared based on the marks obtained in this exam.
  • A final selection of 5 students from class 4th and 5 from class 7th, a total of 10 top meritorious students, will be made.
  • If two students have equal marks, preference will be given to the student who is younger in age.

Disqualification
  • The application will be cancelled if incorrect information is given or if a discrepancy is found in the age group/class.
  • Students who do not submit the required documents in time will be disqualified from the scheme.

Application Fee Condition
  • The amount of ₹300/- paid as examination and application processing fee will not be refunded under any circumstances.
  • Fee refund will not be given if the application is rejected or if the student remains absent for the exam.

Organization's Decision
  • All final rights regarding the selection of the scheme or changing the rules will be reserved with 'Matrubhasha Vikas Sanstha, Pune'.
